Promotion Center ( HBCPPC) is chemical industry unique specialized
service organization which Hubei Provincial Science ＆Technology
Department established. HBCPPC is the important part of the
national technique system. HBCPPC commits itself to build
the bridge between technology field and enterprise field ,to
be the brain and the technique backing of enterprise health
development. HBCPPC carry on the principle of depending the
government, facing to the business enterprise, uniting the
social technical force work well the service. HBCPPC commits
